Carrot Souffle Recipe

Here's the easier than cheese carrot souffle recipe.

1 lb. carrots, cooked (cover with water, boil, reduce heat and simmer 20 mins)
3 eggs
1/2 c. melted butter
1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. vanilla

Blend everything in a blender, pour into baking dish and bake at 350ยบ for 30 - 45 mins, removing when the top is browned.
